The only things you have to bring are shoes (Basic sports/running shoes - preferably with good grip) and sports wear like for jogging. Players normally wear soft rubber cleated shoes, similar to those used in other grass sports such as field hockey or soccer. Screw-in studs/cleats and metal studs/cleats are strictly prohibited, though moulded-sole soccer boots (such as turf boots) may be worn.
Everything else is provided by us.
Touch is an outdoor sport - so we play outside all year. This helps you to stay fit and is a good opportunity to train your ball skills during all kinds of weather conditions.
A Touch field is shown below. For more info about rules and how to play go to Rules & Basic Gameplay.
Touch evolved from Rugby but it is a non-contact sport - so hard tackles are prohibited. Injuries in Touch are definitely not common. In our Trainings we'll always start with warm-up exercises to prevent injuries especially in wintertime.
